The product packaging is opened or tampered with before delivery.
The product is expired or has a quality issue at the time of delivery.
The quantity received is different from what was ordered.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
The product has been opened or used.
The seal or packaging is broken after delivery.
The product was stored incorrectly after delivery.
The return request is made due to taste, aroma, texture, or personal preference.
The return request is made after the allowed return period.
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice.

After verification, we will offer either a replacement or refund depending on the issue. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after approval.
Food and edible products are handled with strict hygiene standards. Once delivered in good condition, opened or used products cannot be returned.
